Benefits of Rainwater for Hair

Benefits of Rainwater for Hair

Rain water has a balanced pH level. It is soft water.

Hard water is always harsh for our skin, body, and hair, whereas soft water has impressive effects on the human body.

Rainwater has an incredible impact on our hair.

It prevents our hair from drying, whereas tap water, primarily hard water, makes the hair dry and frizzy.

As a result of this dryness, the hair is prone to get damaged.

People may face more hair loss.

Pure rainwater is always very beneficial for hair. It will give your hair a lush shine that you may never get otherwise.

Some people say it’s a myth that rainwater can benefit hair. But actually, rainwater is always beneficial. The condition is that it has to be in its purest form.

It depends on which area you’re living in and how polluted your air is.

It also depends on how you store rainwater.

If these factors are not taken care of, you can lose all the benefits that rainwater comes with.

In short, washing your hair with rain water will help you get thicker, shiny, and dandruff-free hair.

But this is if you use rainwater in the purest form.

Benefits of Rainwater for Plants

Benefits of Rainwater for Plants

You’ll be amazed to see the results after you water your plants with rainwater.

Rainwater can be used for indoor plants as well as garden plants.

Rainwater provides nitrogen to the plants.

It also unblocks all the nutrients that soil contains.

In This way, plants grow up more green and leafy. The roots of the plant quickly take all the nutrients from the earth to make the plant healthier.

The balanced temperature and pH of rainwater are best for plant growth.

Rainwater is soft water, so it is safe for plants, whereas hard water can damage them.

Sometimes we see that our plants are not growing the right way, and we cannot understand why. However, we provide them with the right amount of light, water, air, and sun.

We miss out on tap water mainly containing chlorine and some fluoride. It is mixed in water for purification purposes but can harm plants.

So we should use rainwater to water the plants.

Rain water contains nitrates.

Nitrogen is one of those elements which are best for plant growth.

This is why rainwater makes plants greener and fresher.

Rainwater Benefits in Islam

Rain is considered a form of mercy from Allah (SWT) in Islam.

Muslims believe that when Allah (SWT) is happy, He pours rain. Rain is a form of blessing for all of us.

Rainwater helps us get peace within our minds.

Even listening to the sound of rain can be relaxing and psychologically effective for us.

Rain is one of the greatest blessings of Allah (SWT) for humanity because it brings so much joy and benefits itself.

Allah (SWT) showers his rain on people who are obedient and good worshippers.

Whenever it rains, His obedient men thank Him and make dua.

It is the authentic dua that should be recited when it rains. “O Allah, make it a beneficial rain.”

The above dua is made so that the rain that is pouring be beneficial for all the people.

Sometimes rain can also be a form of calamity. That’s why it is recommended to make that rain to be helpful for all.

In Qur’an, Allah says:

“It is Allah (SWT), who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them fragments, so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants, immediately they rejoice.” (Qur’an, 30:48)

Our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) practiced that whenever it rained, he used to expose some of his body parts by lifting his garments. When the Sahabah asked him why he did so, the Prophet (SAW) said, “Because it has just come from its Lord, may He be glorified and exalted.”

One of the significant parts of rain as proven from Hadith is that whatever dua a Muslim makes during rain, the Almighty will accept his dua.

Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Two (duas) are not rejected: dua at the time of the call to salah and dua at the time of rain.”

When it rains, the pour showers make us think about the glory of our Lord.

Rain benefits a Muslim to think about his Lord and thank Him for the blessings. Rain is like a miracle from our Lord.

As Allah (SWT) mentions in the Quran:

“Then explain to me about the water you drink. Are you the one who dropped it, or did We bring it down?”
